The Lithuanian Burn, where the 2026 theme is Circus Mundus Absurdus: the world as a circus, strange and fun, and you are the performer. Everyone who comes builds something, runs something, or gifts something, and that is what makes the event happen.

Amber Burn works the same way as other burns: you show up, join or create a camp, and contribute to building what the event is. The camps run dancefloors, workshops, gifting bars, fire art, and whatever else their members decided to bring, so instead of arriving alone and figuring out where you fit, you walk in already part of something. The event has no commerce, no advertising, and no paid staff. Everyone from the DJs to the organisers is a volunteer. You bring your own food and water for the full duration. What you get in return is a few days in the Lithuanian summer with a community that has been building around this gathering for years, dancing, making fire art, and gifting things to strangers. The location is kept secret until shortly before the event, when ticket holders receive directions. The 2026 theme, Circus Mundus Absurdus, frames the whole world as an absurd circus and invites participants to step into it as performers rather than spectators.
